Panteia/EIM Business & Policy Research is an independent research and consultancy organisation based in the Netherlands with about 50 regular employees. EIM is a business unit of Panteia. All the researchers and consultants of Panteia/EIM are university graduates.
Panteia/EIM has been carrying out policy research on enterprise issues for 75 years in various fields such as entrepreneurship and business development, employment, ICT, innovation, internationalisation and administrative burdens.
We provide our clients with the information and analysis necessary to develop, monitor and evaluate their policies. In addition Panteia/EIM offers advice and assistance when implementing such instruments and policies. Our clients include international, national, regional and local governments and intermediary organisations. Examples of foreign clients are: the European Commission, the OECD and the World Bank.
On behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Panteia/EIM carries out the programme "SMEs and entrepreneurship".
